Since beginning her real estate career in 2014, Erica has built her business on strong relationships, market knowledge, honest communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Born and raised in Washington, Pennsylvania, Erica grew up surrounded by real estate. Coming from a family with over 40 years of experience in the industry, she developed an early appreciation for the business and the importance of helping people achieve their real estate goals. Today, she is proud to be part of The Burig Team, which has achieved approximately $400 million in real estate sales. A graduate of Trinity High School and Pennsylvania State University, Erica earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a minor in Public Relations. Before entering real estate, she developed a strong foundation in sales, negotiation, marketing, and client relationships while working with nationally recognized companies, including InterCall, ADP, and Implant Direct.
Erica specializes in residential real estate, investment properties, and helping clients throughout Washington, Allegheny, Greene, Westmoreland, and surrounding counties. Her experience, combined with her knowledge of the local market, allows her to confidently guide clients through everything from purchasing their first home to selling a longtime residence or expanding a real estate investment portfolio.
